## Capacity & logistics

- One barista serves 50–75 guests per hour
- Setup: 60–90 min; ~10×10 ft space; one standard 110V outlet (30A for 100+ guests)
- Self-contained water (food-grade tanks); no plumbing required
- Indoor or outdoor; generator rental available for venues without adequate power
- Full commercial general liability insurance, ServSafe-trained baristas, all required health permits, COI customizable
- **Three-cart fleet** (scalable to multi-cart enterprise activations) — each cart has a commercial espresso machine (single or double group head), professional grinder, and full mobile setup. Latte-art printer available as an add-on for premium events.

## Packages (starting prices)

Final quotes are custom-built around guest count, duration, menu, and add-ons. Starting points:
- **Classic** — from $1,500 — up to 50 guests, 1–2 baristas, 2-hour minimum
- **Full-Service** — from $2,400 — 50–200 guests, 2–3 baristas, 2-hour minimum
- **High-Volume** — from $3,200 — 200+ guests, scaled barista count, 4-hour minimum
- Add-ons: custom magnets or banners for the cart front, branded cups, latte-art printing, additional baristas, generator rental, extended hours

The program's $10K grant financed a second cart and new equipment — Coffee Cart Boys now operates a three-cart fleet, and the relationship with Intuit grew into recurring catering work.
