We do not serve alcohol, and we do not supply glassware. ## Service area Seven Southern California counties: Los Angeles · Orange · Ventura · Santa Barbara · San Diego · Riverside · San Bernardino. Pasadena-based. This is our standard service area rather than a hard boundary — destination and long-haul work is available and quoted individually (we've worked Monterey Car Week and traveled as far as Arizona). Every event carries a travel fee that scales with distance; there is no free-travel zone. ## Capacity & logistics - One barista serves 50–75 drinks per hour, depending on the drink mix - Past roughly 150 guests we add a second cart rather than a second barista on the same cart - Setup: 60 min; 10×10 ft space per cart; one dedicated standard 110V outlet per cart - Two carts side by side need 20×10 ft; two carts in separate locations need their own 10×10 each - Self-contained water (food-grade tanks); no plumbing or kitchen access required - Indoor or outdoor; generator rental available for venues without adequate power - Full commercial general liability insurance, ServSafe-trained baristas, all required health permits, COI customizable - **Three-cart fleet** (scalable to multi-cart enterprise activations) — each cart has a commercial espresso machine (Elektra Sixties Compact or Simonelli Appia Life, single group), professional grinder, and full mobile setup - **Mobile ordering system** — guests order from their phones and are notified when the drink is ready, which removes the queue at peak - Ripple Maker II latte-art printer available as an add-on: prints a logo, monogram, date, or hashtag onto the foam of any milk drink ## Menu Espresso drinks are made to order. Espresso: classic latte, mocha latte, americano, cappuccino, cortado, flat white, red eye, dirty chai. Brewed: cafe de olla, filter regular, filter decaf, nitro cold brew. Tea & matcha: matcha, berry matcha, chai, earl grey, english breakfast, green tea, london fog, lemon ginger, peppermint, purple mint tea, mexico city fog, back to life, blackberry spritzer. Signature: honey cinnamon latte, caramel macchiato, horchata latte, coconut mocha latte, strawberry mocha latte, strawberry letter 23, mango sol, purple rain, the hussler, the loca, sweet n' strong. Not coffee: hot cocoa, raspberry lemonade. Plant-based, non-dairy milk and creamer options are standard on every setup, along with a range of flavor mix-ins. Each cart runs a single grinder loaded with caffeinated beans, so decaf is served as drip coffee. Drinks can be renamed for an event, and custom printed cups and napkins are available as a paid add-on with a minimum order quantity and a longer lead time. ## Service tiers (starting prices) Final quotes are custom-built around guest count, duration, travel, menu, and add-ons. Pricing is quoted per event rather than sold in fixed tiers; the figures below are starting points only: - **Classic** — from $1,500 — up to 50 guests — 2-hour minimum - **Full-Service** — from $2,400 — 50–200 guests — 3-hour minimum on one cart, or 2-hour minimum with two carts - **High-Volume** — from $3,200 — 200+ guests — 4-hour minimum, two carts minimum - Add-ons: custom magnets or banners for the cart front, branded cups and napkins, latte-art printing, additional baristas, generator rental, extended hours Minimum lead time is two weeks.
