Irish coffees are nothing new, but this recipe adds a bit of flair by using specialty coffee instead of cheap, commercial coffee. Try it out this fall/winter!
1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
3/4 ounce coffee liqueur
3/4 ounce Irish cream liqueur
4 ounces CCB Pryde Blend coffee (freshly brewed)
Garnish: whipped cream, dark chocolate and ground cinnamon

Gather the ingredients.
In a warm mug or Irish coffee glass, pour the Irish whiskey, coffee liqueur, and Irish cream.
Fill with hot coffee.
Stir to combine.
Top with whipped cream.
